Responding to a Terrorist CBRNe event.

Objective

This one day training project provides you with the knowledge and logic of how to respond to a variety of expected terrorists or environmental disasters.

Strategy

The workshop will be a hands on exercise using equipment and materials needed to defend buildings and protect employees. Delegates will, through role play exercises, recognise hazards and risks and develop logical response to a variety of threats and reduce vulnerabilities and most importantly reduce disruptive costs from both real and hoax event.

• Dealing with threats and potential Hoax calls.
• Receipt of a potential Anthrax letter.
• Warned approach of Toxic cloud (Buncefield type incident).
• Evacuation problems and solutions.
• Terrorist CBRN incidents.
• Explosive threats and response.
• Natural Biological hazards (Bird Flu and SARS).
• Selection & use of PPE personal protection equipment.
