Objective

A one day training and development course devised to assist you in understanding all aspects of Business continuity, contingency planning resulting in the development of your own business specific plan, which follows international BSI 25999 standards.

Strategy

This full day event runs through all aspects of the Robust Resilience training modules with live input from all delegates. Delegates should bring along WiFi enabled lap tops to log into web based plan templates and throughout the day we will assist in your individual, business specific plan development.

What the delegate needs to bring (for own use only)

• Lap top wifi enabled
• Key Employee names and contact details
• Key suppliers names and contact details
• Contact details of Stakeholders (interested parties) customers –suppliers –shareholders

Result

You will have designed a company specific plan with a working knowledge of how to complete any sections where additional (confidential) information was required but unavailable on the day.

Timetable

Registration 8:30 9:00.

Training and plan development 9 through to 17:00.

Working lunch (film presentations).
