This Terrorism training module  follows government logic and advice where given, to enable the development of Robust Resilience coupled to safety and security. This section provides a logical explanation of why SIP Shelter in Place is the government’s primary advice following a terrorist biochemical release or following the accidental release of toxic chemicals. The module covers aspects from safe haven development to forced but safe evacuation and identifies the real need for resilience. We show spread and ingress into buildings and what you must consider in defending buildings and how to protect the occupants.
