This disaster recovery module identifies the importance of developing a separate “Disaster Recovery” response to the BCM module. It shows practical examples of disaster recovery, why it is a stand alone plan and why it is important to identify key people to initiate or invoke its use.
It shows the importance of RTO (recovery time objectives) tips on recovery and restoration and most importantly how best to use your initial time in triage assessments and responsive action.
