This module provides broad based information designed to assist management and workforce in developing a robust business continuity plan. It follows a logical format from legislative requirements to essential and beneficial actions designed to assist the business in the avoidance, mitigation or continuance of service from disruptive event. The module follows the BS25999 process in BCM and also provides practical input to make the plan very workable and understood.

The module shows the relevance and importance of wide ranging assessments and culminates in the process of plan development. Once completed, an on line examination can be taken to assess your own understanding of the course  if required.
